Our Story

After a few years working on the floor and building technical expertise, Mark saw an opportunity to work directly with clients - and deliver fairly priced and exceptionally well run flooring projects.

His entrepreneurial spirit prevailed and with the support of his wife Pam - set about establishing Lovich Floors. Their philosophy has been to deliver such a great experience that they were the topic of dinner party conversations - and their client service remains one of their core competitive advantages today. If you speak to a Lovich customer, they all talk about the ease of working with the business, going the extra mile and tailored solutions for the job at hand. This reputation has attracted a number of talented industry professionals and today they boast a vastly experienced team, based in Mount Eden, working on commercial and residential projects of all shapes and sizes.

    Mark has over 40 years in the flooring industry, with both technical and project management expertise, he is regarded as one of NZ’s most experienced and reputable leaders in the industry.

    Pam Lovich

    Pam, co-founder of Lovich Floors alongside her husband Mark, is the driving force behind the company's financial, human resources, and administrative operations. Her journey with Lovich Floors began from its inception, where her vision and dedication have been pivotal in shaping the company's success.

  • Jake Robertson

    CONTRACT MANAGER

    Jake has been in the flooring industry for 22 years. He has experience in all areas of the business from installation, specification, procurement, architectural, project management & contractual. He loves working with good people & helping to contribute to the delivery of interesting and challenging projects.

  • Caleb Hill

    CONTRACT MANAGER

    Caleb has over 25 years experience in the flooring industry with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons). The grounding and technical knowledge obtained through his degrees means Caleb brings a unique set of skills and experience to the business and is adept in understanding and delivering highly complex installations. He thrives on working with suppliers, clients, designers, and architects to educate them on the possibilities flooring can offer.
